2026 cost guide

How much does it cost to implement HubSpot in Chile and Latin America?

The cost of implementing HubSpot in Chile and Latin America depends on five factors: where you start (spreadsheets, another CRM or an inherited portal), how many people will use it, how many brands or departments you have, which integrations you need and how much history must be migrated. Licenses are contracted with HubSpot and paid separately. At Revenue Hub Latam the implementation has a fixed price, which we define with you in the free 30-minute diagnostic. The only amount we publish is for the HubSpot Diagnostic, a 10-hour review of an existing portal: 30 UF plus VAT.

What does the cost of implementing HubSpot depend on?

Two companies with the same number of users can need very different projects. These are the factors that drive the cost of an implementation in Chile and Latin America, with any provider:

FactorWhy it changes the costWhat to know before requesting quotes
Starting pointStarting from spreadsheets means designing the process from scratch. Coming from another CRM adds mapping and migrating data. An inherited portal may need a rescue before you build on top of it.Where your sales information lives today and what can be kept from what you already have.
People and rolesEach role (sales, service, marketing, management) needs its own stages, views, permissions and training. How many people will use HubSpot and what each one does day to day.
Brands, departments or countriesEach unit adds pipelines, templates, permissions and reports that must be designed and maintained separately.Whether you sell under more than one brand, business line or country.
IntegrationsConnecting an ERP, invoicing or WhatsApp adds development, testing and someone responsible for monitoring each connection.Which systems must talk to HubSpot and who holds the code and keys today.
History and data qualityMigrating years of contacts, companies and deals with duplicates requires cleaning and validating before loading. How many years of history you want to keep and what state that data is in.
HubSpot licensesThey are not part of the implementation: they are contracted with HubSpot and vary by hubs, edition and seats.Which hubs and edition you need based on what you will automate and integrate.

That is why we do not publish implementation amounts: the value comes from these factors. At Revenue Hub Latam we turn them into a fixed price before starting.

Why can two implementation proposals differ by 30% or more?

When you receive two quotes for a "HubSpot implementation" and one is 30% cheaper, you are almost never comparing the same service. The PDF says the same thing; the scope does not. Typical differences:

Configuring vs designing

The cheap proposal configures HubSpot around your process as it is today (or with no process). The complete one first designs how your team should operate and then builds the tool on top of that design.

Importing data vs migrating with cleanup

Importing a spreadsheet takes hours. Migrating with deduplication, normalization and lifecycle rules takes weeks, and it is what keeps your team from distrusting the data from day one.

Generic training vs role-based training

A 2-hour webinar leaves nobody ready. Training the key users of each role and measuring usage per person costs more, and it gives your management what it needs to lead daily use.

Handing over access vs handing over documentation

If the provider leaves without a sales playbook, workflow runbook and architecture documentation, you are left with a black box: you depend on them forever or pay someone else to decipher it.

Closing the project vs naming who responds

The weeks after go-live are when errors show up. A proposal that states in writing who fixes them, how fast and how the handover works costs more than one that ends on launch day.

How much does a cheap failed implementation cost?

The most expensive mistake is not overpaying: it is paying twice. This is the pattern we see most often when reviewing portals in Chile and Latin America:

The original implementationIt is paid in full, even if the portal ends up without a defined process, with messy data and no documentation.
Licenses with no returnWhile nobody trusts the data, licenses keep being paid every month, just as if the CRM worked.
The rescue or re-implementationFixing an inherited portal means reviewing workflows, properties and integrations before building on top. It is a second project.
The opportunity costMonths of blind forecasting and opportunities without follow-up. It is hard to measure and usually the largest of all.

The "cheap" path ends up paying for the implementation twice, plus the months of licenses and blind operation.

A complete implementation at a fixed price is paid once, and you know the total before starting.

If you already have a portal that does not work, the 10-hour HubSpot Diagnostic (30 UF plus VAT) tells you what can be rescued and what must be rebuilt before you invest more. See the HubSpot Diagnostic

How much does the HubSpot license cost? (paid separately)

The license is contracted with HubSpot and is not included in any partner’s implementation price. We do not publish its amounts because HubSpot sets them and they change often: official prices are at hubspot.com/pricing. Its cost depends on three things:

Hubs and edition

Which hubs you buy (Marketing, Sales, Service or others) and in which edition: Starter, Professional or Enterprise. Workflows and custom reports start at Professional.

Seats by role

You pay seats for the people who use each hub’s tools. Whoever only views records and reports can use view-only seats, which are free.

Marketing contacts and onboarding

Marketing Hub charges by marketing contact tier; other contacts are not billed. When you buy Professional or Enterprise, HubSpot requires onboarding, which a Solutions Partner can also deliver.

As a HubSpot Platinum partner we help you choose hubs, edition and seats based on real usage, and negotiate the contract, at no cost.

Frequently asked questions about HubSpot implementation cost

How much does it cost to implement HubSpot in Chile?

In Chile and Latin America it depends on the starting point (spreadsheets, another CRM or an inherited portal), how many people will use HubSpot, your brands or departments, the integrations and the history to migrate. At Revenue Hub Latam it is a fixed price we define with you in the free 30-minute diagnostic, and HubSpot licenses are paid separately. The only amount we publish is for the 10-hour HubSpot Diagnostic, for existing portals: 30 UF plus VAT.

Is the HubSpot license included in the implementation price?

No. The license is contracted with HubSpot and paid separately, with any partner, and its cost depends on the hubs, the edition (Starter, Professional or Enterprise), each role’s seats and, in Marketing Hub, the marketing contact tier. Official prices are at hubspot.com/pricing, and as a Platinum partner we help you choose and negotiate licenses at no cost.

Why does a complete implementation cost more than onboarding?

Because they solve different problems: onboarding helps you get the tool running, while a complete implementation designs the sales process, migrates history with cleanup, connects integrations and documents everything. For a team of 1 to 3 people with a simple process, onboarding can be enough. For a B2B operation with forecasting and board reporting, cheap usually gets paid twice.

How long does a HubSpot implementation take?

With Revenue Hub Latam, an implementation from spreadsheets or another CRM takes 3 to 4 months, with an owner in your company who dedicates at least 3 hours a week. The timeline depends on the starting point, the integrations and the history you migrate. Be wary of promises of a complete implementation in two weeks when there are integrations or several years of history.

I already paid for an implementation and my team does not use HubSpot. Do I have to pay for everything again?

Usually not: if the portal exists but nobody trusts it, the path is usually a rescue, not a re-implementation from scratch. Before investing more, the 10-hour HubSpot Diagnostic (30 UF plus VAT) inventories workflows, integrations, reports and permissions, and tells you what can be rescued and what must be rebuilt.

Can I implement HubSpot with only the onboarding HubSpot sells?

Yes, and for small teams with a simple process it can be enough. When you buy Professional or Enterprise, HubSpot requires onboarding, which a Solutions Partner can also deliver. Before hiring it, ask what it includes: if it does not cover designing your sales process, cleaning your history or integrating your ERP, that work stays on your side.

What do I need to know to get a quote for a HubSpot implementation?

Five things: where your sales information lives today, how many people will use HubSpot and in which role, whether you sell under several brands, departments or countries, which systems must connect (ERP, invoicing, WhatsApp) and how much history you want to migrate. With that list, every provider in Chile or Latin America quotes the same scope and you can compare proposals on equal terms.

Does Revenue Hub Latam work outside Chile? In which currency do you charge?

Yes. We work remotely with B2B companies in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and the rest of Latin America. In Chile we charge in unidades de fomento (an inflation-indexed unit) plus VAT, with a Chilean invoice, and for companies in other countries we agree the currency in the proposal.
