How do we work with you?

One method for implementing HubSpot, improving it and supporting your team.

Together we choose what to solve first and how to recognise progress.

We decide, test and learn together, according to your starting point.

Visibility for decisions

Knowing which project is stuck. And who owns the next step.

During the session, the leader identified stalled projects and decided which should be closed as lost.

Our work

We built dashboards showing time in each stage and ownership, then reviewed real opportunities with the team.

Operational continuity

Automations still working after the handover.

In a later review, the technical lead confirmed the workflows discussed remained as delivered. The client engaged us again for a new need.

Our work

We simplified automations, organized data and documented the work so the internal team could maintain it.

From requesting a report to understanding how to build it.

After training, the client said the reports were easy to create and that they had been exploring them.

What should you know before we talk?

What does Revenue Hub do?

We help B2B companies in Chile and Latin America organise their commercial operations and make HubSpot support them. Our work covers processes, data, integrations and practical use, not just configuration.

Do we need to buy HubSpot first?

No. If you are evaluating a CRM, we review your operation and suitable licences first. If you already use HubSpot, we assess what to keep.

How do we choose between the three services?

All three use FocusFlow: implementation builds the foundations; managed services run and improve sales, marketing and integrations every month; Growth as a Service adds on-site help to put them into practice. Your starting point determines the fit.

Do you work outside Santiago?

We work remotely with companies in Chile and Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia and Peru. On-site coverage, travel and schedules are agreed separately before contracting.

How much involvement does our team need?

We need a decision maker and people who can validate the work. Implementation requires at least 3 hours weekly from your counterpart throughout the 3–4 month intensive.

What happens in the initial conversation?

In 30 minutes, we discuss a specific problem, its impact and your starting point. It is not a full audit and does not require CRM access; we agree on a next step if there is a fit.
