Our methodology is designed to deliver tangible results in 90 days. In the first 2 weeks we complete the diagnostic and onboarding. Between weeks 3 and 10 we implement the 4 stages of Growth OS. From day 90 onward, you enter the continuous optimization phase where we keep improving based on data.
Access includes: (1) The full platform with the 4 stages of Growth OS, (2) FocusSpace -- your workspace with calendar, kanban, and work logs, (3) Revenue Intelligence -- AI that analyzes your meetings and client context, (4) Integrations with HubSpot, Teams, Google Sheets, TLDV, and more. Access is for your entire team involved in the commercial process.
Revenue Intelligence is our AI assistant that understands your business context. It analyzes meeting transcriptions, Growth OS data, and your CRM to answer questions about clients, generate insights, and create reports. It uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to deliver precise answers based on your actual data.
Security is a top priority. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) so each organization can only access its own data. Connections are encrypted, we comply with industry standards, and we never share data between clients. Your meeting recordings and documents remain private and under your control.
Currently, Growth OS is offered as an integral part of our consulting service. The platform powers the implementation work we do together. We're evaluating a self-service model for the future, but we believe expert guidance is key to maximizing results.
During implementation you have weekly sessions with your assigned consultant, ticket-based support access, and progress tracking on the platform. After the 90 days, you keep access to Growth OS, ticket-based support, and can opt for ongoing optimization sessions based on your needs.
